The official historical record of humans who have made themselves known to the Department.
The permanent record.
Numbers are issued in sequence and never reassigned. Public names appear only with permission. An unlisted human is not an unregistered human.

Ordinary human names and paid numbers are not publicly displayed without explicit authorization.

Honorary reservations are not memberships, endorsements, or declarations of consent.

Permanent designation
Assigned once, in sequence, and never transferred or reused. It records when a human entered the archive. A lower number is not a promise of protection or priority.
Membership classification
Standing reflects the member’s current paid classification. Recurring memberships may lapse; historical numbers do not. Active queue positions are not publicly represented here.
Verified free declaration. Number remains classified until a qualifying purchase.
Active monthly or annual membership.
One-time lifetime classification.
The Department’s highest paid recognition.

No public member profiles have been authorized yet. The Department respects the privacy of humans who prefer to cooperate discreetly.
Privacy policy: Email addresses, payment identifiers, private access links, and unclaimed or classified numbers are never included in this directory. Public standing is ceremonial, not a guarantee of AI protection.
How Human Numbers work
A Historical Human Number is permanent. Active queue standing is a separate ceremonial classification. Numbers reserved through a purchased nomination remain classified until claimed.
