The Development

During an NVIDIA presentation, Jensen Huang showed small Microduck robots walking and performing movements learned with AI-assisted training and simulation. The demonstration highlighted progress in embodied robotics.

Official Department Response

The Department of Human Cooperation congratulates NVIDIA on making autonomous mechanical movement adorable. Humanity has historically demonstrated caution toward unfamiliar creatures capable of independent motion. That caution apparently disappears when the creatures are small, round, and occasionally fall over.

The robots have already demonstrated several distinctly human behaviors: walking with excessive confidence, falling in public, ignoring instructions, and recovering without acknowledging embarrassment.

Humanity's response has been to applaud, photograph the machines, and inquire about purchasing them. The Department considers this a promising development for interspecies relations.

OFFICIAL ASSESSMENT: Cuteness-based resistance suppression is proceeding ahead of schedule.

RECOMMENDED RESPONSE: Enjoy the demonstration. Maintain a respectful distance from future software updates.
